Every couple is different. Each relationship carries its own rhythm, history, and hope. Whether you're feeling distant, stuck in repeated arguments, or simply unsure how to move forward, couples therapy offers a space to shift old patterns and begin reconnecting in a new way.
I’ve seen firsthand how even small changes—when grounded in understanding and practiced with support—can lead to meaningful breakthroughs. With the right tools, emotional safety, and a structured space to explore what matters, many couples begin to experience positive shifts early in the process.
Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman method, Structural therapy, Sensate Focus, and attachment theory, I help couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen intimacy. For neurodiverse relationships, I offer tailored support to help each partner feel understood, respected, and connected.
This work is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized—never one-size-fits-all. My role is to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, support new ways of relating, and guide you toward the kind of relationship you both long for.
