I also work with individuals living with lifelong disabilities such as cerebral palsy, autism, and chronic illness. My approach is flexible, respectful, and adapted to your unique communication style, sensory needs, and strengths. Everyone deserves a space to feel seen, understood, and supported in a way that works for them.

We’ll build skills that fit your life, your pace, and your goals. Some days that might mean learning to speak up for your needs. Other days, it’s about healing from stress or trauma, creating better habits, or just having a space where you can show up and be real.
